MADE-TO-ORDER CHEESECAKES
Currently, we offer the following cheesecake flavors. Note that there is a nonrefundable $25 deposit for cheesecake orders. Also, please place your order at least a month in advance so we have time to fit it into our schedule.
Note that our cheesecake schedule is booked for Thanksgiving and Christmas 2024, and we aren't taking any more orders for these holidays.
RED VELVET CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake takes two days to make, and it’s total fanciness! In between two layers of made-from-scratch red velvet cake and frosting is a luscious layer of cheesecake. After assembly, the whole cake is frosted with cream cheese icing. This cake is the ultimate in decadence.
STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE
This favorite cheesecake has a graham cracker crust, and the silky smooth cheesecake is topped with made-from-scratch strawberry puree and decorated with sliced strawberries. Each order gets a side serving of extra strawberry puree. When I hear berries and cheesecake, this is the pairing that always comes first to mind.
SNICKERS BAR CHEESECAKE
Who can resist the caramel, nuts, and chocolate of a Snickers Bar? I know I can’t! This cheesecake starts with a graham cracker crust. Then, Snicker bar chunks are mixed into the creamy cheesecake layer and the cake is topped with decadent chocolate ganache (made from scratch!), and Snicker Bar crumbles.
REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CUP CHEESECAKE
Peanut butter and chocolate are two of my all-time favorite combinations. Starting with a Nutter Butter crust, this silky smooth cheesecake is full of peanut butter. The topping of homemade chocolate ganache and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups is the perfect mouthful.
CARAMEL PECAN CHEESECAKE
This was the first cheesecake I perfected. It has a graham cracker and pecan crust with a layer of homemade (and dare I say, yummy!) creamy caramel sauce. The velvety cheesecake is topped with another layer of caramel sauce and decorated with whole or chopped pecans.
PUMPKIN SPICE CHEESECAKE
If you like pumpkin pie as I do, you will love this pumpkin spice cheesecake that starts with a gingersnap cookie crust. Then on top of the pumpkin cheesecake is a creamy caramel topping, homemade whipped cream, and a sprinkling of finely crushed gingersnap cookies. If the fall season could have a taste, this would be it!
LEMON MERINGUE CHEESECAKE
From the first introduction, this cheesecake flavor became an instant crowd favorite. The tangy lemon cheesecake (made with fresh lemon zest) sits on top of a vanilla wafer crust. It's topped with homemade lemon curd made with freshly squeezed lemon juice (no bottle lemon juice here!) and lemon zest. Add homemade meringue topping for a wonderful forkful.
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE
You don’t have to worry when eating the chocolate cookie dough in this creation. It’s my special eggless recipe! It all begins with a graham cracker crust upon which sits the cheesecake with chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough. Then topping the cake is a rich, homemade chocolate ganache and cookie dough crumbles.
BANANA PUDDING CHEESECAKE
This cheesecake is my take on a banana cream pie. The creamy cheesecake is a blened with a homemade banana pudding (with chunks of bananas, if you prefer) and is poured over a vanilla wafer crust and topped with fresh banana slices, homemade whipped cream, and vanilla wafers. I’m a huge fan of this cheesecake because it instantly transports me back to my childhood.
HEATH BAR CHEESECAKE
A sure crowd pleaser, the Heath Bar cheesecake celebrates the yumminess of toffee, almonds, and milk chocolate. Sitting on top of a graham cracker crust, the silky smooth cheese topped with a layer of rich, made-from-scratch caramel sauce, chopped heath pieces, and larger Heath Bar chunks.
THE BIG BUKOWSKI
This cheesecake is genuinely for those who can’t decide what they like best. Featuring a traditional graham cracker crust, this cheesecake is topped with caramel sauce, toffee pieces, pecans, and Heath bar crumbles.
