I am a home-based business in Columbia, South Carolina.

I make all cheesecakes to order and don’t keep any in stock. Because my calendar fills up quickly (especially around the holidays), I recommend scheduling your cheesecake order as soon as you know the date you need it.

To place an order, take a look at the cheesecake menu and then visit the contact page, fill out the form, and click the submit button. After I receive your order, I will call or email to confirm and collect your deposit.

I require half down when you place the order with the final amount due when you pickup your cake.

No. Before your cake is ready, I will call to make arrangements for pickup.

Because of South Carolina’s cottage laws, I am not allowed to ship the cheesecakes at this time.

The cheesecakes do not contain nuts, UNLESS listed in the menu descriptions. Keep in mind, however, cheesecakes are made in my home using equipment that may contact products containing nut traces. At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free options but have received requests for these kinds of cheesecakes. Stay tuned for more information.

A cheesecake can be frozen for up to a month and should be refrigerated after you receive it. I recommend eating the thawed cheesecake within 72 hours for optimal freshness.

Before freezing, place your cake in an air-tight container. Allow 12-24 hours of thawing time in your refrigerator before eating.

To get the best cut, warm your knife blade under hot water. After you cut, clean the blade and run it under hot water again. Repeat until your cake is fully cut.

We know things come up and allow order cancellations up to two weeks before the delivery date. After that, your deposit is nonrefundable and you may be responsible for the cost of the cake. To cancel, please email or call me so I can remove your order from the list.
